Oat Pancakes
A healthy dish for Breakfast or Dinner or serve as Dessert.
Instructions
Oat flour- You just take rolled oat or cut steel oat and grind in the mixer to make oat flour. But be assured the mixer jar is dry.

Recipe Notes
The First Basic ingredients are Flour. You can take flour or what flour or oat flour or you can mix as well. Here we will use Wheat flour as the base ingredient and oat flour just a small proportion.
Mix wheat flour, oat flour, baking powder, and eating soda in a bowl.
Keep aside Take another bowl mix egg, vanilla essence, milk, or water and sugar. Mix with grinder for 2-3 min.
Now add dry flour in the egg bowl slowly with the help of a spatula. Prepare the thick barter. Leave it for 15 min.
Now heat the frying pan and put in some oil and pour the batter with a big spoon. Keep the gas on slow heat. after ½ min the flap the pancakes and close the pan with the led. Keep this for ½ to 1 min and take the pancakes on the plate.it will make pancakes fluffy and moist. Do the same process and you can make 4 pancakes from this batter.
Decoration- put two pancakes on a plate. Pour honey on pancakes and decorate with fruits.
