- 2 Cup Wheat flour
- 2 Teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 Teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 Cup Sugar or brown Sugar
- 4 Big Apple
- 1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon powder
- 1 1/2 Cup Milk or water
- 60 Gm Butter or any oil
- 1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla (essence) extract
- 1/2 Cup Almond Milk
- 1 Big Apple
- 2-3 Chopped almond
- 1 Teaspoon Sugar Powder

1.Take two bowl .One big and one small size.
2 .Take A bowl and mix all dry ingredients in one ( Flour + baking powder+ Baking Soda + cinnamon powder)
3.Grind the 3 apple in mixing. Take another bowl and add grind apple and Sugar to it and whip at least for 2 min. Add vanilla extracts to this mixture.
4. Add some liquid to this as per your choice (water or milk). Add almond mil to this also.
5. Now add Ready Dry Ingredient to this slowly. And make a thick batter.
6.Now take a Pan. Spread oil over the pan. Put the ready mixture on it with round spoon and spread properly in round shape.
7. Cook it for 2 min at lower frame again turn with a spatula to cook from both the sides. Keep these ready pancakes in a plate
Decoration
8 Put small piece of chopped almond and pistachio on ready pancakes and sprinkle sugar dust over it with tea strainer.
Now Pancake is ready to Eat. Serve this on breakfast or snacks to all.
