- 2 Cup Wheat flour
- 1 Teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 Teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 Cup Sugar or brown Sugar I prefer Brown sugar or Thread Misri
- 1 Tablespoon cocoa powder
- 50 gm dark chocolate or normal chocolate (Cadbury will do)
- 1 1/2 Cup Milk
- 60 gm Butter or any oil for making pancakes
- 1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla (essence) extract
- 1 Large Egg
- 2 Tablespoon Chocolate syrup
- 1/2 cup Blueberries
- 1/2 cup Pistachios depend upon you want to put or not. I love Pistachios so I am putting

1.Take two bowl .One big and one small size.
2 Take A bowl and mix all dry ingredients in one ( Flour + baking powder+ Baking Soda+ salt+ sugar)
3.Take another bowl and Put milk into it .Add chocolates and leave it for 2-3 min.
4. Milk heat at medium flame for 2 min to this and mix it properly. Now add egg to this mixture and mix it for 3 min.
5. Add Ready Dry Ingredient to these slowly wet ingredients. Make a thick batter.
6. Now take a Pan. Put some oil or butter then add he ready mixture on it with round spoon and spread properly in round shape.
7. Cook it for 2 min at lower frame again turn with spatula to cook from both the sides. Keep these ready pancakes in a plate
Decoration
8.Take a teaspoon of Chocolate syrup and spread into this pancakes. Now decorate with blueberries and pistachio.
Now Pancake is ready to Eat. Serve this on Sunday breakfast.
