A little Introduction about Pancake.

Pancakes, a soft flat cake often thin and round in shape and sweet in taste. Just opposite to cookies as they are crispy, the pancake is very soft and tender in taste. Pancakes are prepared from a  starch-based batter that may contain eggs, milk, and butter and cooked on a hot surface such as a griddle or frying pan, often frying with oil or butter.

As per some studies, pancakes were probably the earliest and most widespread cereal food eaten in prehistoric societies. It is one of the famous edible dishes in the world. The pancake’s shape and structure vary worldwide. In some countries, its shape is very thin and somewhere it is soft and fluffy. Pancakes may be served at any time of the day with a variety of toppings or fillings.

In some countries, there is one dedicated day in a week, celebrated as Pancake Day or shrove day. Wow, it is amazing to hear. Such a kind of love for this food.
