 11) Sifting is important

     Shifting is helpful in keeping lumps at bay and ensure dry ingredients get incorporated well.

12) A pinch of salt

A pinch of salt can change the taste of cookies so always add a pinch of salt to your cookie dough to make it more flavourful.

13) ) Use of a timer

If you’re baking a recipe for the first time or even you are expert, set your timer for slightly before the recipe indicates, then check every 6 to 7 minutes to avoid overcooking.
 

14) Break eggs correctly and use hands to separate it

Break the eggs softly and separate them from hands. It will help prevent egg shells from getting mixed into the batter and allows you to detect eggs that have gone bad (before ruining the recipe).

The nonstick texture helps cookies spread without becoming too flat .

 Try to pick the same size of eggs for your baking preparation. It will help you in making good cookies. Otherwise one big and one small size have also created a mismatch in the ratio of ingredients.
