Let’s start the making process!
Take a big bowl. Put the all-purpose flour, wheat flour, baking soda, and salt and mix well.
Take another bowl and put butter and sugar . Beat until it turns to a creamy texture. Add the egg white to this mixture and beat well for 2 min.
Once done add this creamy mixture to the above bowl( where the already dry mixture is ready. Add slowly and mix with spatula.
Keep in mind that the dough should be soft. Now add the small chopped pieces of chocolate to this dough. Cover dough with one dry cloth or aluminum foil. Keep in the refrigerator for 25 min.
Now heat the oven to 350 degrees.
Take a try. Spread some oil or butter on it with the help of a brush.
Now remove the dough from the freezer and make a round shape of it. Put all these round balls in try.
Bake it for 12-15 min for crunchy cookies.
After 15 min removesĀ it from the oven and lets it put on cold or under the fan.
